Kunto significantly streamlined Alltime’s maintenance tasks, planning and reporting.
Founded in 2006, national Alltime Oy provides services in both property and infrastructure fields, such as property maintenance, regional contracting and sanitation services. Fluent Kunto system was introduced to Alltime in 2019.
The greatest infrastructure maintenance jobs of Alltime are in Rovaniemi and Järvenpää, where Kunto is used on a daily basis by their employees.
“During winter we have over one hundred Kunto users per month”, tells site manager Tommi Rintala from Alltime.
Alltime eventually chose Kunto due to its ease of use and quick initial deployment.
The system deployment is so simple, that I’ve only heard positive feedback from others.
“There were many who had had previous positive experiences of the system which definitely had an impact on the decision. The system deployment is so simple, that I’ve only heard positive feedback from others even though I wasn’t in the company yet when Kunto was introduced”, Tommi Rintala continues.
Kunto removed the unnecessary paperwork
Kunto has significantly reduced the paperwork between Alltime’s work management and employees, boosted working and made reporting easier. Tommi Rintala thinks it’s a great perk, that for example worksite journal is created automatically in the app, so reporting to the client is possible through the same platform.
You can write down information about the contract including weather, equipment and employees day by day.
“For a while before Kunto worksite journals were written manually for example to a Word file, which isn’t necessarily the most practical or secure solution”, Tommi Rintala points out.
Collected information helps in planning new contracts
In spring 2023 Fluent and Alltime have also piloted together Fluent’s renewed work management system as a part of the Kunto app. In maintenance field there is great fluctuation in the organizing of work management depending who’s behind it; Some use for example pen and paper, some email and others Teams.
Fluent’s renewed work management system’s goal is to ease the maintenance process by bringing the management to the same platform. The software is being developed in cooperation with Alltime.
We’ve planned to add more task types to the system so we can get more data out of the app.
“With this pilot our aim is to utilize Kunto even more extensively at Alltime. We’ve planned to add more task types to the system so we can get more data out of the app, which in turn will help us estimating future contracts”, Tommi Rintala says.
Alltime manages real estate services, cleaning services and infrastructure maintenance on land and water from Hanko to Inari. Alltime’s goal is to be proactive and caring partner that makes customers’ lives easier by maintaining smooth and safe living environments.
